Workflows

Workflows define the procedure an agent follows. The router selects one primary workflow and adds specialist workflows only when their trigger applies.

Workflow Purpose Status
Architecture Design Choose and validate durable system boundaries, protocols, components, and technology decisions. stable
Architecture Migration Move between architecture states through reversible compatibility-aware delivery slices. stable
Incident Response Contain production impact, preserve evidence, restore safely, and separate mitigation from durable repair. stable
Regression-First Bug Fix Reproduce a defect, protect it with regression evidence, and implement the smallest safe correction. stable
Multi-Agent Task Decomposition Split parallel agent work across stable boundaries with explicit ownership and integration order. stable
Task Handoff Transfer deterministic project state, evidence, risks, and one exact next step between sessions or agents. stable
Database and Schema Change Deliver compatible, observable, restartable, and recoverable schema or data migrations. stable
Test-Driven Feature Development Deliver the smallest useful feature slice through observable test-first behaviour. stable
Deterministic Development Workflow Run one coherent development iteration from context and planning through validation, reporting, and next-step selection. stable
Documentation-Only Change Update documentation against verified behaviour with runnable examples and link validation. stable
Execution Planning Decompose one approved milestone into dependency-aware, independently reviewable slices and one first step. stable
Project Planning Turn a broad project idea into an approved outcome, MVP, roadmap, milestones, risks, and first deterministic step. stable
Release and Dependency Maintenance Prepare releases and dependency changes with compatibility, packaging, validation, and rollback evidence. stable
Technical Investigation Resolve a bounded technical unknown through reproducible evidence rather than production implementation. stable
Skill Authoring and Registry Lifecycle Propose, review, version, deprecate, replace, and retire reusable skills through explicit compatibility evidence. stable
Measurement-First Performance Optimisation Optimise a measured bottleneck against a reproducible benchmark and preserve a regression guard. stable
Characterisation-First Refactoring Improve structure in reversible steps while characterisation tests protect existing behaviour. stable
UI and Mobile Vertical Slice Deliver one complete accessible user flow across presentation, domain, and infrastructure boundaries. stable
